The first local meeting of 2010 will be held February 21st at our regular 11th Street meeting site. Watch this site for additionl information as the program is developed. We will also meet at this site in April, May, June and September. The November meeting is our annual picnic.
There is ample parking in two parking lots - one at the front street level and another in the rear at the second floor level. The meeting will be in one of the Conference Rooms and the Library will be available. Remember that we do not hold meetings in August or December

THE REASON THAT WE ARE NOT HAVING A JANUARY MEETING AS NORMAL IS DUE TO A NUMBER OF FACTORS THAT COULD NOT BE CONTROLLED. BETWEEN THE PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH HOLDING A NAMING CEREMONY AND SCHEDULING CONFLICTS AT THE UNIVERSITY, IT JUST IMPOSSIBLE TO GO FORWARD WITH A MEETING IN JANUARY. BUT WE DO HAVE RESERVATIONS AT THE UNIVERSITY FOR THE APRIL AND JULY JOINT MEETINGS AND WILL BE SCHEDULING THE OCTOBER MEETING ONCE RESERVATION CAN BE TAKEN IN MAY. INSTEAD OF THE NAMING CEREMONY BEING ONE OF OUR QUARTERLY MEETINGS, IT WILL BE A SPECIAL MEETING WHENEVER THE GOVERNOR'S SCHEDULE WILL ALLOW.
